"Buffet was OK not excellent. My room had a slider going out to the balcony that could barely open needed. A lot of maintenance. Restaurants were great. Staff was great."

"Staff sometimes seemed indifferent to reasonable requests. At the sushi bar during a game they staff refused to put the game on more than one channel indicating the staff in charge of that was off all weekend. Perhaps 15 - 20 people had to gather in one little area until a security officer got the changer and helped. I also think the staff did not review the facilities at check in. "

"Incredible beach and pools, both close to restrooms, dining and bars! Extremely friendly staff in all areas. I have been doing all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean since the 90s and this is by far the best experience. Will be returning, love Arubians!! "
