"The staff was great, aside for the less than friendly towel staff. The food for the most part was good.My family liked the salad bar and the chorizo. Hallways were very loud at night and the doors slamming woke us multiple times.The staff on the beach helping with the chairs were also fantastic. The biggest negatives: not enough chairs at the pool and the front desk staff at times were clueless and not very friendly. We love the island and will be coming back! "Newly renovated and large resort. Pools are great and beach access is excellent. "

"Some bar staff were very slow. Gratuity is on all checks but they don’t tell you. The outside grounds aren’t very welcoming as the sewage smell is a bit much. Rooms stayed nice and clean and good food in restaurant. "

"The property was wonderful! I went as a solo traveler, and felt extremely safe at all times. You can walk to the town in palm beach in just 10 minutes. The beach always had lounge chairs available, and a lot of shade available with the beach huts. Upon booking I was emailed that I had $590 in credits at hotel, but upon checking in, was only given a few “vouchers” worth $10 or $15. Otherwise, everything was great. "
