"We took a family trip with 8 years old. We loved the private island and swimming with flamingos. Location of the hotel is amazing. However the side that’s kids friendly needs a remodel. Just felt old specially comparing with Adults only side We had to wait to get our room and when my kids were getting restless and I asked the front desk. He was getting upset and not even looking into my face. He can see my kids are tired and it’s KIDS FRIENDLY side of the hotel. Maybe be little extra kind. "

"We loved our time at the Tamarijn. It’s an exceptional place. The staff were friendly and accommodating. All the restaurants were fantastic. The kids loved the buffet. I liked Ginger and Club Margot. We loved the DJ at the pool in the afternoons. The bike and snorkel excursion was very fun. The tour guides even brought us snacks because we had a slight delay in our trip. We liked having access to the Divi resort as well. The beach was stunning. "We had a very nice stay. We had great rooms with an ocean view, and the beach really cannot be beat. It’s just steps from your room, and the water and sand are beautiful. We took long walks down the beach; it’s hotel after hotel, and all feels very safe. It’s a large place so it’s not a remote tropical paradise if you’re looking for that vibe, but for a big hotel in a commercial area right on the beach, it was great. "
