Staff sometimes seemed indifferent to reasonable requests. At the sushi bar during a game they staff refused to put the game on more than one channel indicating the staff in charge of that was off all weekend. Perhaps 15 - 20 people had to gather in one little area until a security officer got the changer and helped. I also think the staff did not review the facilities at check in.

Location was great, beach nice, staff friendly, would go back. However, there were some aspects of service that could have been better, considering hotel’s price point. (poor service at breakfast - long waits to order a la carte, mobile delivery to rooms not available, very long lines for coffee).

Very busy and family forward. You have to book your palapas daily by an App. Says it’s random but clearly some people have found a way to tip and get front row day after day. Very expensive place. Everyone should get same experience.

I stayed here in November of 2023 with my husband. We liked the hot tub, the building, and most restaurants. We did not like that the temperature of the room could get a bit warm at night, the lack of beach chairs, and the lack of nightly entertainment

We were so disappointed in our stay at Marriott Stellaris. Upon arrival at 330pm, we were told no eateries available since they were getting ready for dinner. We had traveled all day and were starving. Had to go to a different resort. Power for electronic keys went down, was stuck in hallway until 2am with a child (which they did give us a small credit for).Food took over 2 hours to come the 2nd night. Used condom on floor of elevator for an entire day. Pool bar was great but that was it. Would NEVER stay here again, so disappointed.

We had a very nice stay. We had great rooms with an ocean view, and the beach really cannot be beat. It’s just steps from your room, and the water and sand are beautiful. We took long walks down the beach; it’s hotel after hotel, and all feels very safe. It’s a large place so it’s not a remote tropical paradise if you’re looking for that vibe, but for a big hotel in a commercial area right on the beach, it was great.

We had 2 queen beds. The room is dated and the carpet was dirty. The washroom was also dated and the bathtub was old with a shower curtain and no hand held shower. The rooms need a renovation. The common areas were great and clean and the staff are very friendly and provide great service. Hope to return when they renovate the double rooms and add in glassed in showers with hand held shower heads which should be standard at this price point.
