"The staff was great, aside for the less than friendly towel staff. The food for the most part was good.My family liked the salad bar and the chorizo. Hallways were very loud at night and the doors slamming woke us multiple times.The staff on the beach helping with the chairs were also fantastic. The biggest negatives: not enough chairs at the pool and the front desk staff at times were clueless and not very friendly. We love the island and will be coming back! "I would like to say the property is great and well maintained. I do want to bring up that the room I was in I had blocked view of the Ocean that shows the pillar. The guest service didn't show the room before we actually assigned the room. "
