Riu palace gave my wife and I an amazing experience. Starting off with the service to the beautiful property view from our room balcony. The pool outside was very clean and had great drinks. The neighborhood was very safe and had lots of shopping options and great clubs in a walking distance. The only thing I could say I didnt like is the facts that the rooms were a bit outdated (furniture wise) the room had a bit of a plumbing problem and mostly the light kept flickering every time we plugged in an iron or a blow dryer.

Love the RIU Palace. 2nd time there. Food is great, rooms are nice (if you get the right one when you check in). Don't be afraid to ask for a new one, we did and were very happy. Staff is nice and accommodating. Pool and beach are lovely and large enough for all guests! We'll be back!

This was our second time at the property. We like it and it doesn’t bother us but the resort is very old and outdated. Needs remodel ASAP. This becomes more apparent t when you visit the newly remodeled RIU next door.

Excellent stay at the Riu!! Staff was so lovely and helpful, lobby rooms bars and restaurants were spotless, food was delicious, great liquor selection… ocean view suite was EPIC… comfy bed, great shower and pressure with lovely bathing products. I was so sad to leave!!!

RIU Palace Aruba was the perfect getaway! The staff was wonderful from time we got there until time we left. We had a partial ocean view room that gave us a great view of sunset! Room was very clean and mini-fridge was always stocked. If you go hungry, it’s your own fault. There was a good variety of food and drinks, and we didn’t have to wait to get into the theme restaurants. There is plenty of entertainment if you’re up for it, or you can relax and do your own thing. Just what we needed! I highly recommend RIU Palace.

They need better snack in 24 hr sports bar .. the food in Antilles was better if were the better spot food should be too.. I did appreciate the variety of food like turkey bacon and chicken burger as we don’t eat beef or pork so options where excellent there overall very pleased definitely coming back !

A few things we like. 1. The room was excellent and the hotel staff was great. Room was cleaned daily. Did not like the entertainment is outside so we heard it every night til late sometimes and the construction started at 8 in the morning! Dining options closed early some nights. Choices are limited so we did buffet daily which worked out.
