"We have stayed at great properties in both North America and Europe and would say it ranks in the Top 5 overall. Beautiful hotel, views and ambiance. The service was inconsistent in certain areas. The valet was extremely busy and seemed annoyed when I asked to call us a cab. At another time, we were pointed in pouring rain towards a shuttle parked a bit away and not offered an umbrella. Pool service was slow and we had to flag staff down for service. This is not what we are used to at 5 star properties. If they could make some adjustments in this respect, it truly would be an exceptional place to stay. "

A relaxing vacation amongst the Palms on the beautiful beach and it has something for all walks of life or simply the therapy of a walk on the beach! Staff and crew welcoming, human, and accommodating! Definite add for your romantic getaway list! "
