Everything was top flight except the property is near the end of a major renovation so some features were not yet available. However everything was fuly disclosed up front when we reserved so no complaints. Staff were all excellent-- professional courteous and very well trained. The Seagate is perfectly located on Atlantic Avenue close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The exclusive beach club with shuttle transportation was fantastic. I will definitely return.

The Seagate is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are large and very well appointed. The issue right now is the renovation. Significant portions of the facility are closed. Hammering and other construction noises begin early. I don't think this was well or accurately disclosed to me before I booked.

I visit Delray often & have always thought it would be nice to stay at Seagate, so my husband & I did. I would have loved to go down & visit the bar & hotel restaurant, but it was all under renovation. One night it rained so hard, we did not want to go walking or driving out, it would have been great to go down to the bar at hotel. I wish I had known this renovations & so much was closed. That is my only complaint, everyone was amazing, staff superb, rooms were nice & clean. Maybe I can try again next year.

The property is very nice but is undergoing a major renovation until December 2024.They said it was the lobby, pool and restaurant's but it is the rooms as well. They said the Spa Pool would be ready by Sep 25 and when we arrived Oct 2 we discovered it was not. We were not notified prior to arrival so that was very disappointing as we wanted to use it the day we checked in. The front desk gave us an upgrade to a renovated room which was very nice with a outside patio. However, the water came out of the tub and sink with a greenish color. the front desk said that is the color of the water in Del Ray Beach. I have been there many times and never saw the water that color before. They brought extra bottles of water to my room and apologized for the inconvenience. The other issue is that when we came back to our room about 3:30PM because it was raining, we can hear drilling and banging from the renovations going on at the hotel. Because all facilities were closed at the main hotel we had to use the shuttle to the Beach club. The shuttle was efficient and convenient. The Beach club is very nice and was fully staffed and had poolside food and drink service. There is only valet parking at the Hotel, it was very easy to get your car using the texting system they set up.
