"Second visit to Four Seasons at Palm Beach, and this time was even better than my first one! I had my child with me this time and the staff was very friendly and accommodating to us. They even have a fantastic games room that my kiddo loved -- we spent hours in there, playing ping pong, air hockey, basketball, skee ball, multiple arcade-quality racing games, a pool table, board games, and even a couple of playstations with dozens of awesome video games (even Grand Theft Auto!). It was like having a mini Dave & Buster's right there in the hotel, with a young, friendly staff in there to hang with the kids and play games when the parents need to step out for a breather! Aside from the games room, our room was perfect, with a gorgeous balcony and superb view of the pool and the beach behind it. Clear nights, we could see all the stars from the terrace. Everything was super clean, fantastic bathroom, amenities, stocked mini-bar, temperature was perfect at all times. In-room dining was amazing, and kitchen was always standing by willing to accommodate our requests day or night. The staff overall was so helpful and friendly -- they didn't let us carry anything. The valet staff was always on point and ready to bring my vehicle up within a few minutes, even when it got a little busy. This place sets the bar very high for all competitors but my kiddo and I are now both spoiled by Four Seasons; I would not bother going anywhere else for this type of luxury getaway. "

"I just loved this property. The location is perfect - walking distance to so much that I didn’t even need a rental car. If I had to travel farther than walking distance I used Uber. The apartment is very nice, well maintained and clean. The pool on the property is very nice, too. As mentioned in the description, the building is older and at present is undergoing a restoration. This caused no problems for me but is worth noting. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. I will be back next year!"
