"Was difficult to check in, since I arrived after 6pm and they didn’t send me code for the master lock outside. I had to ask a stranger to call them since they only spoke Italian and her assistant with very bad English was not available. There was no hot water in the room (something happened to the boiler), so I had to wait for the assistant in the morning next day to change rooms (to their credit the fee was complementary to compensate for the inconvenience). "Low key and comfortable. The property is well located with rooms that back on to a quiet green space. The bus from the airport drops you a half block from the hotel and you can easily walk or ride a bus to most sites. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood, even at night. Giulia and Eugenio at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. "

"A few days before our arrival, they informed us that renovations had not finished and they put us up in another location. We were not satisfied with the new location. It was not comparable to what we had booked."
