Find Hotel with a Concierge in Palermo Historical Center

"This is an amazing original property in central Palermo located near the marina, great location. I thought breakfast would have been included given the price we paid for one night, but apparently not. Other than that, this is a high quality property, much better than the 3 stars advertised I would suggest, coming from someone who travels regularly. "

"Our airplane was delayed several hours into Palermo and our host was very accommodating to wait on us and then help us find parking. The apartment was as advertised. It was a great location and once we parked our car, we went everywhere on foot. The kitchen was stocked with basic necessities and there were plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. This wasn’t the Four Seasons hotel, but it was a great value and had everything we needed for our 2 nights in Palermo."

It was very clean and fresh smelling with separate bedroom, lounge area and private WC (with separate bidet) / shower / wash basin. "I booked 3 double bed rooms for 3 couples. When we arrived we were directed to a different building which looked like a convent. It looked nothing like the photographs on the website. I went back down and questioned the man at the desk and was told that there was trouble with the water lines. We were unable to get the air conditioner to turn on. I went back down and asked for the remote control and was told that the unit comes on automatically at 20:00. I asked about a discount and was told...
