"Porta de Castro was a wonderful stay. The only thing is if you want quiet, the street it is located on is busy and quite a bit of honking. Didn’t bother me, popped in some ear buds at night. The breakfast and staff were amazing!!! I felt very welcomed and the staff helped me with any questions, plus lots of suggestions on what to do in the areas. Very convenient to walk to almost any place, including the train station. "

"Expedia should clearly state that this is a B&B and not a hotel. The owner(s) seem not to be familiar with how to manage such a place. Unless you pass out from drinking, or for other reasons, there is no way you can sleep in this place. And that's why you pay for: TO SLEEP AND REST during the night. The rooms windows are facing a main street, and there is not enough space here to describe all the noise sources. Here are some examples: dogs barking from the streets, or the tenant above, mopeds...
