"This is a great place to stay at if you are looking for comfort and luxury away from the hustle bustle of central Palermo. The historic center is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel. There are a few restaurants nearby that are nice. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. The hotel has a beautiful, rich feel to it with antiques and statuettes placed everywhere. "The hotel is very convenient for the historic centre of Palermo also an easy walk to Centrale rail station (we went on to Rome by train after our stay). Room was well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable but slightly disorganised (had run out of knives at one point on both mornings and plates on one) but the setting, a room clearly part of the old palace with a high arched ceiling, also good coffee individually made, more than made up. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful...
