"Was difficult to check in, since I arrived after 6pm and they didn’t send me code for the master lock outside. I had to ask a stranger to call them since they only spoke Italian and her assistant with very bad English was not available. There was no hot water in the room (something happened to the boiler), so I had to wait for the assistant in the morning next day to change rooms (to their credit the fee was complementary to compensate for the inconvenience).
