"What a beautiful place. Inside and out. So enjoyed sitting outside and watching the sunrise and set. The stars are plentiful!! This cabin is very spacious but cozy. Enjoyed a bbq and dinner outside on the patio. Close to many activities. We enjoyed the Durango to Silverton train ride. Went shopping in Durango. Went off reading on the east bolam pass. Will definitely be going back"

"We had a wonderful time at the house with 19 people. As other reviews stated the kitchen is well stocked, but we wish there had been an electric griddle for pancakes. There was a plethora of games, movies, yard toys, books, puzzles, and anything you would want to do. There was new carpet in all the bedrooms which was very nice and plenty of beds and bedding for our whole group. We had some little ones in our group so we stuck around the house quite a bit. All the grandkids loved the hot tub...

"Beautiful mountain view property with nice deck. 4 beds and 3 bathrooms for adults and kids to utilize. Unfortunately, we needed two more bathroom towels for the kids. We couldn't find extra supply. The stove burners would not heat up large pots of water. The breaker tripped and heater turned off downstairs due to a few lights on for the kids, phones plugged in???? We couldn't use the hot tub because the water was green. Nice driveway for trailers. Nice overall stay for two nights with a few...

"We loved staying here. We loved each room having its own bathroom. The kids loved the arcade game. The ping pong was a hit as well. We loved seeing the deer visiting the property. The closeness to town was also nice. Loved that there was lots of outdoor seating around the fire table and other areas of seating outside as well. "

"The drawback for us was that there wasn't a third bedroom with a double/queen/king bed which was key for us. There is only a master and a kids wreck/bunk room so it is good for a couple with a bunch of kids. Plenty of space, not too far from town, scenic neighborhood, nice host on site. Hot tub easy to access/use. Coffee bar a nice touch. Would not say "luxurious" as a lot of things were builder grade and a bit worn (towels, bedding). Suggesting host provide or you you bring along: creamer/milk...
