"This house is in the perfect location! Just outside Pagosa Springs in a very quiet neighborhood, but not super close to other houses. It is the quintessential mountain cabin with plenty of living space, but a cozy feel. The kitchen is well-stocked and it’s nice that each bedroom has an easily accessible bathroom. It was just what our weary souls needed!"

"This spacious house was great for our short vacation. Our family of 6 was very comfortable. The house is beautiful inside with modern amenities and a great kitchen/dining area. Our dogs loved the fenced-in backyard and we all enjoyed the fireplace. The ranch level and wide doorways worked well for a family member who uses a walker. The beds are super comfy, if a bit tall. We would definitely stay here again. "

"There was so much about this house that made it wonderful - close to River, park, town. Great little porch. Spacious rooms. Hosts were great. But the best perks were the small things. Here is my list that made it great as we traveled with our four kids under nine: enough paper products to last us even longer than our three day stay, enough dish soap, dish detergenr, laundry detergent, hooks for towels in bathrooms, clothes hampers, hangers, even these awesome hanging clothes organizers in...

"We enjoyed the cabin and especially the land surrounding it. Our only complaint would be the master bed; it slopes inward, and was difficult to sleep in. That might be the one thing needed before we revisit. Otherwise, it was awesome and our kids loved it."
