"Comfy bed, clean room, nice staff, no complaints. For a hotel in Pagosa I would rate above average. I live right up the road in Bayfield and regularly book in Pagosa as necessary to facilitate work travel. For contractors there is a nice open parking lots to pull in pickup trucks with trailers. Not sure how a tractor/truck (semi) would fare, but I stayed there with my dually pickup and 35 ft gooseneck and there was plenty of room."

"I was very impressed with this place! I liked it so much that I decided to extend my stay for another 2 nights. The rooms are a bit small and simple, but yet super elegant and clean. Perfect to crash after skiing at Wolf Creek. They don't have staff on site, and the check in is all done electronically. But they are very easy to reach as I had to call them a few times after locking myself out. My interaction with them was very pleasant. I love that the rooms have hardwood floor instead of carpets. I also loved the coffee set up they have. I'm definitely staying there again next time I come skiing at Wolf Creek."
