"Overall our stay was good. Although only one bedroom is was very roomy with a nice big kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and had beautiful views from the front. The couches however, are awful and I recommend being replaced. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights after being at the Hot Springs resort. It was perfect for the two of us! Spacious, clean and comfy! Trish was a great host - we didn't need to contact her, she sent us the code to get in and everything else went smoothly! Great location, just a mile or so outside of downtown. Beautiful view. Highly recommend!"

"We had an amazing time in Pagosa Springs. This property is convenient to so many things... the springs, downtown, and restaurants. Also, easy drive to other towns/activities ie. Mesa Verde, Durango, Silverton, Creede and Lake City. We had an easy check-in and no hidden fees. Property was clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities of home. Cant wait to stay again"

"Neaux Better Place is a beautiful location and close to town, very easy to find. We did a lot of sightseeing locally and drove to Ouray and South Fork, CO. It was very relaxing and peaceful. We found this wonderful Honeyville company near Durango. The honey is delicious. We enjoyed our time in Pagosa Springs and at Neaux Better Place."

"The condo was just right for me and my husband and our little dachshund. It was clean except for the carpet had some stains. The condo was in a good area. Love the walking paths around the condo. The only draw back is there was no air conditioning and afternoons were hot. But overall we enjoyed our stay."
