"We had a nice stay very close to the downtown Pagosa area. Hot spring options nearby as well as a bakery, shops and restaurants. The house was clean and had all needed for the kitchen and laundry. Bed was comfortable. 2 ceiling fans kept the air moving and the window ac unit worked well. Great communication through the owner and the manager. I would recommend for a couple wanting a place of their own."

"My daughter and I came for a little girls trip. The house was exactly as described - SUPER clean and in a good location. The host was super communicative and addressed any issues we had; which were super small (needed a folding chair for desk work) that was it! We loved this place and were sad to leave Pagosa Springs. "We enjoyed the lodge. We came for a family funeral. It was relaxing and homelike afterwards. Nice location plenty of room and traveling a long distance our dog had to come and was comfy, read policy. Luckily he is a service dog in training so keeping off furniture was no problem. We would rent again."

"Very cool old historic house, redone with a modern rustic theme that was beautiful. The host provide every amenity we needed, and we really enjoyed the use of the hot tub also. I only suggestion would be to get blackout shades for the bedrooms, because it does get bright early. Everything else was fantastic!"

"First of all the adobe is historical and old! But redone in an extremely tasteful way! Exposed beams and a fireplace. We sat outside after 10pm and the star gazing could not be beat! We saw a shooting star and then we heard coyotes sound off - the whole mountain experience came together. In the morning it was coffee on the patio and we watched elk. We could hear the cows and saw the horses from the working ranch around us. All in all, a wonderful time!! Thank you so much!!"

"The owner has thought of everything and then some! The home was very clean, had everything we needed, and the communication was fabulous. We appreciated all of the special touches and thoughtfulness. The home was so cozy and comfortable. My husband can’t stop talking about the shower and how awesome it is. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We will definitely stay here again!"

"This condo is very well situated to town, hot springs and restaurants. It is well appointed with most anything you could need or want. The condo is nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river, just beautiful! It was quiet and relaxing. Beth was wonderful, very organized and made sure we had all information needed before we arrived. I would definitely stay here any time we travel to Pagosa Springs. I would give it 5 stars all around, a real...
