An incredible view of the river, downtown and the mountains ALL from the deck!

"Great place to stay, very centric so everything was within a few minutes by car.The stay was perfect and we enjoyed the views from the balcony.The townhouse as a whole was very nice, the fireplace definitely heats it up fast, The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook, which was such a bonus. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily return in the future. Highly recommend it!!! "

"Husband and I stayed here for 5 days and loved it! Sitting outside on the balcony was one of the best features. The only thing I would note is the tv is hit or miss, mostly miss. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes etc and there is a grill available too. We were able to walk to downtown Pagosa. Communication with the owner was great! We highly recommend this property!!"

"We had contacted Jack a few days before we left Texas to ensure how to access the Pagosa Springs home. Upon arrival we were so excited to see the home was exactly as it had been described on VRBO. Everything was as it was stated in the listing. The location of the home was excellent and the neighborhood was very nice. Due to age ranges of our family the media room was the biggest hit with the younger individuals watching movies sports and playing games. The home was clean and everything worked...

"Incredibly clean upon arrival; "sleeps 10" was maybe a tiny stretch, but we all fit with the provided extra cot! There's a good vibe to the whole place in general, strengthened by warm, almost nostalgic interior decor. I could definitely see myself staying a week or more in a place like that, as it was very cozy and had everything we needed. It was truly a lovely cabin. "
