"The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. "its a great place for the holidays only stayed one night 2 days but thought that was enough. Such a cute place and the rooms are spacious. So festive and decorations everywhere even at our patio. a little noisy but fun. The only thing I didnt like was the staff attitude couldve been a lot better "

"The valet and the hotel check-in attendant were efficient and pleasant. We were given water and macaroons upon arrival. A luggage attendant delivered our bags to our room. The room was comfortable and clean. The property was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The property is a bit older as some of the paint around the windows was cracked in addition to the closet and bathroom doors. Overall, I had an excellent stay and the staff as well as the decor made up for any property deficiencies....

"The property was well maintained. Our room was clean, and the staff came every day to fix the room and remove trash. The one thing I disliked about the hotel was that we had an issue with the light at the room's entryway. The maintenance guy just knocked and immediately opened the door without waiting to be let in, which I found to be very unprofessional."

"The highlight of this place for us was the location - a very easy 5 minute walk to old town, and also Macy’s in the other direction. The room size is fine and as expected. There was a fridge and microwave which was a bonus we were not expecting. The air con worked well. Shower temperature and pressure were good. On the down side, the bathroom had a strong urine smell but since you couldn’t smell it in the main room, we didn’t bother reporting it as we had already made ourselves comfortable....
