"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."

"The hotel worked very well for our needs during our ski vacation. The staff was very accommodating, giving us adjacent rooms. While they no longer have breakfast items, they are 1-1/2 blocks away from the main road, Lake Tahoe Blvd (Route 50), which has loads of restaurants, shops, the Heavenly gondola and, one city block down, the casinos in Nevada.
