"For the price, this is a good option in Singapore. It is a barebones hotel in Chinatown and very close to lots of public transit and walking distance to a lot of options. I was in a room overlooking Mosque St and if you don't need total silence to sleep, then you'll be fine. The staff was a bit all over the place, some very welcoming, others were cold. At the end of the day, this is the choice because you want something cheap, clean, smaller, and in a great location. "

"Spent two nights here, and it was just OK. Weird decorations and theme. Not the newest or fanciest place either. A lot is going on around it, so it should only be under future pressure to improve it's looks. You can walk through neighboring park to get to Chinatown...uphill though! We had four of us in one room which was a bit cramped, but teenage boys are teenage boys. It was certainly not a bad place, but the pictures might be a bit deceiving, but what hotel doesn't only show their best...
