"Hotel is very convenient just steps away from MRT station. Hotel front desk receptions were very nice. The room was bit small but the price was reasonable. Only complaint was the room insulation, you can hear the next room talking and street clubbing loud music. I couldn't sleep the 2nd night."

"Absolutely beautiful property. One of the tallest buildings in Singapore and you can go to the roof as well even though rooms are just from 10-16 floors. Only issue was that I broke a plastic cup which probably cost $0.50 and they charged $8 SGD for it which was kinda crazy. Other than that excellent!"

"This is the second time we have stayed at V Hotel Bencoolen. The rooms are very clean but on the small size for two people. It does have a nice swimming pool and laundry machines. The metro station is one door down with restaurants and a food court nearby. The staff are friendly and very helpful. "

"It's a top tier budget hotel. Staff were attentive when needed. We stayed in a room with two twin beds...was very tight. But no complaints since we knew what we were signing up for. "

"Great 5 night stay. Room was good. Cleaned every day Breakfast was a bit too busy and crowded! Food was ok for breakfast with plenty of choice. Had a meal in their cafe at night time . Very nice food. Not close to the town so a bit of a walk 20 mins "

"The hotel itself was fine . The rooms are a bit small . The staff were really good. The location is great . A short walk to the subway station. We got off the cruise ship ,500 meters to the subway and 3 stops to the hotel (just tap your credit card for the fare) . It was 1 hour to the airport from the hotel . Very close to china town and short ride to gardens by the bay . Quite ish location ,not a lot of shops around but potential noise from restaurants across the street (I never heard them). "
