"We love Ambassador Transit hotels in both terminal 1&2 @ Changi Airport. We have used these locations many times since 2004. The hotel is always clean, quiet, easy to find following the overhead signage. Highly recommend, but reserve early! "

"Basic hotel, quite far from the centre of Singapore but easy to get to by MRT. Room and bathroom were very small but facilities in room were good. Most importantly the AC in the room was very good, which was really important during Singapore’s hot weather. "

"An excellent location to stay in Singapore. The room was small but adequate. Transport was literally outside the door and many cheap traditional eateries and restaurants within a very short walk. "

"Perfect location, I had a private room, super clean and cosy. It’s a contactless check in, which I hate. You have to download an app and find your booking reference, which after a whole day travelling and a phone at almost full storage is incredibly infuriating. Your phone is also your key so you need to make sure your phone is always charged. Just bring back the standard way of checking in and giving a normal key card!
