"Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights in their largest room. We had a nice stay. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was modern, clean, and the location was great for waking and taking public trans. The included breakfast was underwhelming. I don’t think the rooms have AC and with only 1 small part of the large window to open in mid June, we were a little warm"

"Excellent property. Superb breakfast. Great location. Only issue was that the room was not quiet. We kept thinking the window was open hearing the street noise. We also had an adjoining door to our room to another room. You could hear absolutely everything, yes, absolutely everything. Unfortunate for the noise. Otherwise great place."

"Enjoyed our stay immensely! The Front Desk attendant Lexi was awesome and very accommodating for our family of 4. We stayed in the basement room which had no windows, but we didn’t even notice. The room was spacious, beds were comfy, and all worked well. Only issues were the inner door handle fell off but we just closed the main bathroom door, and the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety and we appreciated the included mini bar. All in all, excellent...

"When we checked in we were told to treat the place like our home. We loved the staff, the help yourself beverages, the included breakfast and foods throughout the day, their ability to handle a gluten allergy, and the proximity to both the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museums. Highly Recommend!"

"Property is located in a very quiet area but provides quick walkable access to all the sites. A Tram stop is also very close if required. Staff were wonderful and helpful. "Perfect location!! Everything is so convienent to get to and lots of shops and restaurants around. Beds are super comfy and the hotel is clean. The stairs are not steep like traditional Dutch/European stairs. There is a elevator so thats nice on check in/out days. The key policy is something we actually quite liked as it gave us a lot of peace and mind that the keys were safe and we didn't have a chance to lose it on our days out. We never had issues with having no one at the desk, there was always someone there or not too far away so we could grab our key to return to our room. There currently is construction out front and along the road however, we didn't find it inconvienent or noisy even though our room was facing the construction. Service has been great here with the morning and evening staff. Highly recommend staying in this historical hotel - one of our best stays so far."
