"It’s right by one of the many canals in Amsterdam. The staff was amazing from check in to check out. The cafe as well as the restaurant had many options to choose from. The restaurant is higher end and a bit spendy but the food is great! It’s within walking distance to the train where you can get around town. I would definitely stay here again!"

"On the whole this was a beautiful hotel and staff were mostly lovely. Shockingly, we did experience an extraordinarily rude waiter on the first morning - I’ve never experienced anything like it - fortunately other staff were lovely. Also when we arrived, there was a bit of a delay and we were asked to wait - we were offered complimentary drinks- a nice gesture but they took an age to arrive and we had to chase it up - not a great first impression."

"It’s a basic travel hotel. Prob on par with a Marriott Courtyard or Four Points Sheraton. You’ll get charged if you want any extras - even check-in one hour early will cost you. Convenient to the museums. "
