"This is a lovely large Villa which was perfect for us as we were 3 families holidaying together. Plenty of outdoor space and the shared pool (although we were the only ones in it) was well kept and a good size for swimming and diving. It's a 10 min walk down a steep hill to the town. Very manageable, but if you struggle then there are plenty of taxis around for a lift back up (7 Euros). Lovely area - very spanish which was great. Almunicar is a 20 min walk along the beach front. "The first thing we noticed was the stunning view over the sea and mountains, it really is fully 180 degrees. "We just had a fab holiday in Villa Cecilia…Perfect pool, perfect house. The villa is up a mountain with the last three minutes…not for the faint hearted. Really peaceful, as has no phone signal. "The villa was fantastic, clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool and the views were awesome. Plenty of places to visit locally, and Almunecar was a very nice town. "This is a very nice property in a wonderful position. Everything worked as it should and the host was very helpful. The urbanisation is very well kept and the communal pool area is a very nice addition. "Really enjoyed our stay. You overlook mountains, almost a 360 view, could also see the sea in the distance. At night you have a wonderful view of the the stars. The pool was good not too small.The only down side of the location is that you would find it a tad difficult to drive at night as there are no street lamps and the road up is winding and quite narrow. Apart from that we had a lovely time nice and quite and its only mins drive to the beach!!"

"Went out of season, so very difficult to give a review of the resort as there was nothing going on. Good location - walkable to ski lifts. Though not ski in, ski out. Very clean. I was a bit worried about access - directions to get in weren't brilliantly clear - more communication prior to arrival would be beneficial.
