"This is an apartment hotel and as such there is quite a lot of self-service i.e. getting luggage to the room etc. The accommodation is spacious, kitchen is well-equipped for European guests. (No kettle for the English) also nothing provided in the way of tea, cofee, washing up liquid so bring your own. Breakfast is a very good buffet selection in lovely surroundings. "The views and surroundings are nice.Unsafe as we found they had an emergency exit closed with a chain and lock on it and after days complaining they finally took the chain off..In general there was no feedback when putting in complaints about door staying open ,noise of music voices etc coming from kitchen extractor,room not cleaned one day,no hot water first day,toilet cistern etc etc"

"Got a good deal (according to the prices advertised within the actual room, would not have been happy to pay 286 eur per night!!!) and was very basic, as expected from the price. Good points: heating works very well, actually had to open balcony windows to cool down after switching it off. Shower was hot with good pressure and the one small room at the end fits 4 as there are two bunk beds. That's all that fits there, no other furniture in that room. "Beautiful location in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. Supermarkets and restaurants within a couple of miles. Studio apartment absolutely adequate for overnight stay. Beautiful view to wake up too. "

"Our stay was great. Check in was smooth, they do require a deposit of 150€ for keys upon check in which you can pay with a card. Room was clean, bed was cozy, and the view of Sierra Nevada was awesome. shuttle service is provided for 2€ per person each trip. Overall, we had a great stay. Danny helped us check in and helped us figure out how to take the bus back to Granada. He was very helpful!"
