This hotel is across the street from el Corte Ingles. It is safe, comfortable and the front desk was very helpful. Y the location is perfect for exploring the city by foot and there are a ton of dintoptions.

Parking is really challenging. Consolation is that there is a public parking, 5-10 minutes from the hotel. We parked there and walked every where. If you can pay for the public parking from the hotel. Hotel has a parking as well but getting to it was challenging for us. It was easier to park in public parking and walk to the hotel. The room and hotel was super nice. Our room had a hot tub, which was super nice.

Recently remodeled-from check-in to checkout our stay was wonderful. Amazing remodeling of the hotel. The room was well decorated and the beds comfortable. The morning buffet breakfast had an amazing variety of food and flavours with a great helpful staff. Eggs/omelets cooked to order. A real experience every morning. The terrace on top of the hotel had a great view of the city and Sierra Nevada mountains-with a full bar/food service. Front desk was professional and always willing to help in any way. It’s been said location location location and this hotel had it. Perfectly located near shopping, restaurants and historic buildings. A must stay!!
