"This hotel has had major renovations and new furnishings, carpet, paint, sink and countertop, ttoilet all replaced. The still need to do a few fixes, like new threshold at the bottom of doors. The ved was very comfortable and I felt safe there while sleeping. They have security cameras visible around the property. Fire safety looks to be all upgraded as well. The continental breakfast was very basic, and was very clean and managed well. A very nice lady greeted us and was very kind. I would stay...

"We were very pleased with our stay. It was very easy to get to and is in a good location. We felt safe and everything was clean and nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very nice too. It wasn’t very busy during our stay either which made it nice too. We could often hear the doors beside or across from us closing but that’s to be expected at any hotel. The bed was comfortable and we would gladly stay here again next time we’re in the area. "

"The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Lots of choices to satisfy your needs. Service staff were friendly and kind, too. The difference between a good hotel & a great hotel are the staff. (Front & back of the house) Hyatt House Nashville is a great hotel. Thank you! "
