Wifi for Atlantic Birches did not work (ever), no one in the inn to ask questions of, even during the day. -No breakfast in the inn, had to walk down the street to Old Orchard Inn with wet hair for what was a woeful breakfast. "The customer service was TOP NOTCH….. the gentleman working there was absolutely exceptional! When we arrived at our room the tv wasn’t working we called him and he fixed it immediately! The room was smaller than expected but clean! For downfalls the bed was hard and the train going by 3 times throughout the “quiet time” set forward by hotel. We was awoken by the train whistle 3 times throughout the night…. However I should of known that the train track was located right behind the hotel!...
