"-Had been taken over by Old Orchard Inn, we were not notified. Wifi for Atlantic Birches did not work (ever), no one in the inn to ask questions of, even during the day. -No breakfast in the inn, had to walk down the street to Old Orchard Inn with wet hair for what was a woeful breakfast. First morning was kid's cereal (literally only choice), stale bagels, hard boiled eggs, bad coffee. Another guest told us about yogurt (all sweet) in a small refridg. "We were staying over for Thanksgiving day. I think we were the only guests there, so we had a lot of quiet privacy. Staff was great, making sure we had everything we needed. Very friendly and professional. "

"Very clean motel! The view of the ocean was nice, plenty of kitchen utensils, grills to cook on outdoors. We were on the bottom floor and could hear every footstep above us, so if you are a light sleeper, this would be tiresome. Beautiful beach and close to everything!"
