"My family of 5 vacationed from Dec. 28th through Jan. 6th and could not have asked for a better experience!The condo had more than enough room for 2 adults and 3 children and the property looked just as pristine in person as it did in the photographs. The location is majestic as there are a number of windows as well as the deck that face right out to the ocean.Many of the businesses within walking distance had closed for the season, but that was just fine for us as it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Further in town we were able to find a number of open restaurants and a grocery store. In addition, the town of Saco is just a short drive south and Portland is only a 20 minute drive north.On a drive to Portland we found an incredible Seafood market and decided to stock up for a few nights of home cooking. The kitchen area had everything necessary to cook up an incredible 5 course meal!The reviews are correct that there is a train that occasionally runs nearby and through the night, however it is gone just as quickly as it arrives. My wife is an incredibly light sleeper and yet she never had issues with the noise.The only setback was maintenance to the indoor pool while we were there. The owner confirmed that the pool was open year round, however we were unable to use it during our stay.We are already planning a trip in the summer to enjoy the next door amusement park and nearby food and shops!Owner is incredibly quick to respond...A "

"My 90 year old mom and I stayed 4 nights here and loved it! It was during the off season so everything was quiet and easy going. The condo was perfect for us. The beds and furniture were comfy! Communication with the concierge and the owner was easy and fast. We enjoyed the Roku tv so we could keep streaming our favorite shows. The condo building was accessible for my mom who has some mobility issues. There are a few stairs in the lobby, but there is a lift so that was perfect. There are also luggage racks available and they fit on the lift too so getting all our stuff in was no problem. FYI—I noticed beach chairs and some beach things in the closet (just in case you were wondering). If we travel this way again we would stay here again. It was lovely."
