Right from arriving in taxi and being welcomed outside as a “VIP friend”, to reception who were so happy to see us, informed, the cool check-in on 41st floor with the brilliant Karim who helped us so much. Spa was delightful (Aman), the Turkish buffet for Iftar was pacy full of variety and flavour - very delicious. Room was incredible (they made our day by preparing the suite), but the new thing was how every member of staff - from concierge to security - made us feel extra special during our stay."
