"Lovely hotel with clean rooms and impeccable decor. We really enjoyed the Shamiana restaurant for Breakfast & Lunch as well. It’s also a lot more affordable than some of the other 5-star hotels in the area. The only thing to watch out for is their travel/taxi service managed by Ali & Fahad. They tried to scam us knowing well we were foreigners and charge you a super premium on every ride. Avoid them under all circumstances as they take advantage of outsiders. "The apartment management were quite responsive and changed my room after I reported the dog chewed furniture and stained carpets. But these should have been removed before new guests. 2nd apartment had some cockroaches. Wouldn’t recommend. The staff were friendly but doesn’t change basics."

"Beautiful place but 3 things I didn’t like about the place. 1st the shower door was really annoying to get in and out. 2nd after 6 mins of shower the hot water turns into gold. So if you go there as a couple you need to wait 20 to half hr for the water to get warm again. 3rd, 2 elevators but was always only one elevator working. "
