"The public spaces in the hotel are in good condition but hotel rooms could do with some serious refreshing. My room was on the 1st floor, right on the street, hence very loud. I could not sleep all night as, in addition to constant traffic noise, there was some work ongoing and I had the sound of trucks and machines right outside the window all night. The mattress is also very hard. When I told the counter about my experience, they did not seem very bothered. I will not stay again. "
