ホテルもお部屋もとても綺麗でスタッフも親切でした。 ユニオン駅のすぐ近くだったことも良かったです。 深夜の到着でしたが、チェックインの際にはこちらの疲れを察して必要なことだけを簡潔に済ませてすぐに部屋に通してくれました。 チェックアウト後もフライトまでだいぶ時間があったので街歩きをしました。空港のラウンジでシャワーをしようかと思っていたのですが、ホテルのプールのシャワーを借りられたので、とても助かりました。

It has one of the best western style breakfast in the area .. every room has views to Dubai creek .the rooms are very quiet & reasonably large in size .. housekeeping is excellent ..The hotel has lots of various restaurant s within some are award winning . It doesn’t appear to be 5 star anymore, may be it was at some point. Facilities are old and needs renovation. Was disappointed as I’m used to much better from Radisson Blu. Very grateful for our room upgrade though x

I was quite pleased with the friendliness and accommodation of the staff. Facilities were very nice. Checking on the status of the room by telephone might be disruptive for those who do not wish to be disturbed, as you cannot see if there is a do not disturb sign at the door.

Everything regarding the hotel is great except for the parking. They don’t give self parking and only have valet parking. It’s gets lined up of cars sometimes all the way to road because there is not much room for drop off or waiting for valet

Customer service after I expressed my concerns of certain amenities and services were not to the level of a 5 star accomodation. They offered a free "upgrade" for a room, but when I searched it up, it was a cheaper room, just on a higher floor. When I told them I didn't want that, they didn't offer me any other solutions. I had to provide them other alternatives and they declined all of them. They couldn't even offer me one days worth of breakfast...even when I went to checkout no apologies were given nor did they try to remedy the situation. I even booked an extra day just in case my flight was delayed, and when I said if they can refund the one night since I didn't use it, they said it's non refundable. Very bad experience and will not come here again. I do expect some sort of monetary resolution either from them or Expedia for this.
