"Fantastic 2 bedroom cottage style home. You do share property with a home located next to cottage however this did not affect our stay at all. Cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. And at the end of the day we absolutely loved coming back for a soak in the outdoor spa. Communication with host was excellent. All made for a wonderful stay."

"Bach is perfectly located for exploring the many amazing places in the Rotorua area. The free range welcome eggs were much enjoyed as were the many bird sightings and songs. We enjoyed our time there and would rent it again.Jan and Phill "

"A great cabin to stay in, with everything we needed and more. Loved the extra touches like the eggs and stocked pantry. Estuary is around the corner with loads of trout fishermen - was fascinating to see! Thanks for a great stay"

"We absolutely loved this place and could not have asked for better accommodation and hospitality. The house was beautiful, cosy and very clean and tidy. It had everything we could ever need or want and a few new exciting things to explore, including a TV sound bar and plenty of kayaks for lots of water fun.Being right on the lake was such a great experience for our family. "From the moment you drive through the gates, this place welcomes you! Great layout, lovely linen, clean & fresh.Great views of the lake and easy access across the road. Nice indoor & outdoor areas for socialising. Would recommend."

"Neighbouring properties made us very nervous to start with. No issues though and enjoyed our stay. Made the booking through a different website. Charged us for an extra night. Tried to communicate prior to check in. No luck and no reply. Overall experience very disappointing. Scared to use Bookabach or Bachcare again."

"The property is clean, nice location, no problems! The issues were that first morning we woke up and there was no hot water. Although annoying it was resolved by the friendly property managers.Then the power was cut. These things happen but in this case it was planned and the owner notified of it. I checked with neighbours and the line company. The owner ignored it and let us rent the property .We spend the day away but when we returned, power was still cut, No one could tell us how long it...
