"Neighbouring properties made us very nervous to start with. No issues though and enjoyed our stay. Made the booking through a different website. Charged us for an extra night. Tried to communicate prior to check in. No luck and no reply. Overall experience very disappointing. Scared to use Bookabach or Bachcare again."

"A beautiful presented little cottage, tucked away in a peaceful setting. We had such a lovely break away in a perfect location not too far away from the beautiful lakes and activities in Rotorua.
