"Bach is perfectly located for exploring the many amazing places in the Rotorua area. The free range welcome eggs were much enjoyed as were the many bird sightings and songs. We enjoyed our time there and would rent it again.Jan and Phill "

"This property was our last stop in New Zealand before heading back to UK. We were delighted as it was as stunning as the pictures portrayed. The shack was well equipped with a very comfy bed. Being able to relax by the edge of the lake or take a kayak out on the water was a perfect place for us. Rod and Flow were lovely and welcoming and ensured we had a good stay. "

"Right around the corner from Waiteti Bay. Fly-fished at the stream inlet. Beautiful walk from the cottage to Rotorua Town Center. Clean and comfortable lodgings."

"We absolutely loved this place and could not have asked for better accommodation and hospitality. The house was beautiful, cosy and very clean and tidy. It had everything we could ever need or want and a few new exciting things to explore, including a TV sound bar and plenty of kayaks for lots of water fun.Being right on the lake was such a great experience for our family. The location was picturesque and super handy to lots of local attractions and a supermarket. Rob was a fantastic host and...

"Unprofessional as. Whole appartment looked like it was furnished from the dump. 10 condoms in the bathroom. One of the beds looks like it was from a 80s porno. No keys for the room. Tv didnt work. Besides that the view was nice."

"Neighbouring properties made us very nervous to start with. No issues though and enjoyed our stay. Made the booking through a different website. Charged us for an extra night. Tried to communicate prior to check in. No luck and no reply. Overall experience very disappointing. Scared to use Bookabach or Bachcare again."

"The property is clean, nice location, no problems! The issues were that first morning we woke up and there was no hot water. Although annoying it was resolved by the friendly property managers.Then the power was cut. These things happen but in this case it was planned and the owner notified of it. I checked with neighbours and the line company. The owner ignored it and let us rent the property .We spend the day away but when we returned, power was still cut, No one could tell us how long it...

"Our family of five had a perfect stay at the cottage. It’s right on the beach with a beautiful view. The host provided the most amazing amenities, even breakfast. We were able to drive to see many sights from the location - be sure you have dinner at Monty’s just down the road. "
