"3rd time down for 5 days and loved every minute. Fabulous hosts and perfect set up for a weekend or short stay. Spectacular views from the large windows in the bedroom. Relax on the deck and enjoy uninterrupted stunning views. It’s clean, comfortable and safe. Three minute walk to the fabulous white sandy beach that our dog loved as much as we did. Highly recommend. "

"We loved staying here for 9nights, it was both close and far enough from Rotorua. A very well maintained, neat and tidy place with a real country feel.The host were so lovely to share their produce and trust their visitors to take care of their place. "Was greeted by our host Jerry with fresh eggs provided by the resident chooks. The Cottage was overall very good value for money. The only complaint was very dirty windows and dog poop on the drive in front of the Cottage on both days."

"An amazing location, modern space that even though was all open plan is incredibly spacious as well as having a cozy, snug feeling. wish we could have stayed longer. perfect for a couple. lovely touches with welcome chocolate :) "

"We absolutely loved this place and could not have asked for better accommodation and hospitality. The house was beautiful, cosy and very clean and tidy. It had everything we could ever need or want and a few new exciting things to explore, including a TV sound bar and plenty of kayaks for lots of water fun.Being right on the lake was such a great experience for our family. The location was picturesque and super handy to lots of local attractions and a supermarket. Rob was a fantastic host and...

"Neighbouring properties made us very nervous to start with. No issues though and enjoyed our stay. Made the booking through a different website. Charged us for an extra night. Tried to communicate prior to check in. No luck and no reply. Overall experience very disappointing. Scared to use Bookabach or Bachcare again."

"A great cabin to stay in, with everything we needed and more. Loved the extra touches like the eggs and stocked pantry. Estuary is around the corner with loads of trout fishermen - was fascinating to see! Thanks for a great stay"

"The property was safe and beautiful but the water is not so good to use. Also, it is a bit far from the central. "

"Wanted to stay longer at this bach. Everything is great about this place. Well stocked with all cooking, sleeping and recreational needs. Neighbouring bach’s all great and locals very helpful with hints on local places to visit."

"A beautiful presented little cottage, tucked away in a peaceful setting. We had such a lovely break away in a perfect location not too far away from the beautiful lakes and activities in Rotorua. The cottage had everything that we needed, was comfortable, clean, and had the added bonus of electric blankets for the cold wintery evenings. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"I was like the area is quiet and the house big but unique the spa wont work well the heater and the net use to clean is broken and full of rubbish on entrance of the main gate ."

"I wasn't to confident with the reservation as I hadnt heard from batchcare about the address and a few other queries. But thanks to the owner and Homeaway who pulled through in at the last minute I was able to relax. The Batch is beautiful, location is prime easily accessable to the Mount and Tauranga. The beach on your doorstep and the deck just made everything. Thank you so much for making my weekend."
