"Neighbouring properties made us very nervous to start with. No issues though and enjoyed our stay. Made the booking through a different website. Charged us for an extra night. Tried to communicate prior to check in. No luck and no reply. Overall experience very disappointing. Scared to use Bookabach or Bachcare again."

Although annoying it was resolved by the friendly property managers.Then the power was cut. These things happen but in this case it was planned and the owner notified of it. I checked with neighbours and the line company. "A beautiful presented little cottage, tucked away in a peaceful setting. We had such a lovely break away in a perfect location not too far away from the beautiful lakes and activities in Rotorua. The cottage had everything that we needed, was comfortable, clean, and had the added bonus of electric blankets for the cold wintery evenings. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
