"Absolutely excellent customer service. We had just arrived from Mexico with a screaming two-year-old and without batting an eye, the wonderful woman at the front desk happily upgraded us to a king size room so that we could have more space and go upstairs and go straight to bed after a very, very long day and long flight. If travelling out of Kelowna again, we will happily stay at this hotel purely because of her. The room itself was excellent, very clean and very comfortable."

"We loved that the hot tub and pool were open even in the winter. The housecoats are incredible! Having dishes and cookware was lovely. Only downfalls we could think of are that the heat / central air was really quite loud and it could have been nice for the hot tubs to be open a bit later than 8pm but overall this was a perfect winter getaway and it was so clean, cozy, comfortable and beautiful. "
