We stay here every time we are in Kelowna. Love the location and the proximity to so many dining options and stores. This property also has the best breakfast we have ever had when breakfast is included. Excellent place to stay!

For the price this is not fancy, but a comfortable hotel for the price, particularly if you like to be in a walkable area - to restaurants, coffee places, lakefront. We had noise neighbours our first night but once we called the front desk they took care of the situation.
