"We loved the location and the ability to see Mt. Fuji in the early morning. Our favorite was the outdoor onsen. It was AMAZING!!!"

"We loved the hotel and the peace that you feel staying there; the outside onsen is a dream, and the view of Fuji-san is unbelievable. The dinning experience couldn't be better, each day was a different surprise, we loved our host called Ran, she was a trainee there, but to be honest she gave us the best service and recommendations, if you stay there aks for her service and definitely will improve your overall experience at dinning.
