For example, they knew we liked to face the garden while eating so they setup the table that way. Another example is, they knew I loved boiled eggs so instead of asking every morning they prepared it for me. "Had a great stay here for 3 nights with 2 adults, 2 kids. The room was comfortable, immaculate, well equipped. My only complaint about the room would be the fridge temperature - it turned everything to ice by the morning. Great for bottles of water to take out for the day, not so much for left over snacks. We did not use the spa area although the option was available. The breakfast choices were amazing, and they managed the volume of people well. An 8 minute walk from the station, bus stop...
