The Royal Hotel
2.0 star property
7.4 out of 10, Good, (663)
"This was night four of my Inner Hebrides holiday on the MV Hebridean Princess. Night 4 on a long very long journey from the south coast. The hotel is imposing, central, very convenient for the railway station, the ferry port and the town centre. It is a "grand" hotel in the tradition of Victorian grand hotels. The staff are friendly, helpful & knowledgeable and gave me the advice I needed. Not withstanding I'd booked in March, I was up on 5th floor in a room which was fine for one night but...

Muthu Oban Regent Hotel - Refurbished
3.0 star property
6.6 out of 10, (637)
"Not sure where the bad rating came from, but we had a fabulous stay. Location was great. The room itself was good - clean, enough outlets, nice shower. The common areas were a bonus - especially the dining room. And the staff was amazing. One worker came outside in the cold to help us see where to park, and Prescious, who works in the dining area, was super friendly and great. Would highly recommend."

Perle Oban Hotel & Spa
4.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (1000)
"The room was great, what a view! Hotel is within walking distance of most attractions. Pay to park on the street around the corner, overnight and every 2 hrs in the day, which was adequate. Plenty of restaurant options nearby, and the Brasserie was delicious for dinner and breakfast, however our waiter was rude. Dinner felt rushed to be made to order everything all at once. Check in and check out were pleasant."

Cameron House Hotel

8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (70)
"I had a 2 night business trip so cost was important. The cost was within my allocated budget. The room was well kitted out. Kettle, fridge, ironing facilities, coffee, tea, table to work at, comfortable bed and a tv. Even had a clock alarm at side of bed and a hairdryer. Towels aplenty and a wonderful high pressure shower. I am sure I have not included everything but would highly recomend this guest house to anyone in oban for a short stay."
