"Good independent hotel in great location. VFM. Trays provided for muddy boots is thoughtful. Not so great for people who dislike dogs, especially in Restaurants, but judging by numbers of guests with canines in tow, the hotel has to provide for this. "

Staff didn’t seem to be focused on customer care as one fellow was on his phone the whole time when in reception. Service at bar was very disappointing. Outside entry was dangerous in wet weather. "
