"Nice hotel if lacking a bit of character. Room was ok. It was facing the main road so a bit noisy - no chance of a lie in if you wanted one especially on the Monday. "Good rooms and facilities. Nice bar area and very good food. Excellent breakfast. Only concern was that the service was rather slow during the evening meal meaning that we when we tried to order dessert we were informed that the kitchen had closed (our reservation was at 7.30pm). However, when I complained at Reception, my complaint was resolved very quickly and to our satisfaction."
