"Well to be fair I did not stay there my son stayed there while he was on a training course and he had no complaints so I'm sure if there was anything he would have complained to me. He said the staff were very nice the room was good plenty fresh towels bed made every day plenty parking in the car park breakfast wasn't too bad it was a help yourself so believe me he probably did help himself. So as I say I did not stay but if you're waiting for him to give a review you'll have a long wait. I...

"Fantastic hotel. The room was spacious and clean. We stayed there as friends all came together for Christmas party. The radio was on playing christmas music. The room was cold but we turned radiator on and after having a drink in the bar downstairs room was cosy. Well stocked with pkenty if tea coffee and milk. Hairdryer and bsth robes provided. We stayed for breakfast and quality and presentation was excellent. "

"Lovely quaint inn with loads of character. Staff were friendly and polite. fast check-in. Good choice of evening menu. Quality of food was really good. On a negative note, stayed in room 16 which has a very noisy toilet mulcher which makes a very loud grinding noise when flushing the toilet or even just running a tap. "

"A really lovely room, it appears to be new. The shower room was amazing, great shower and the tiles looked really nice. The floor of the bedroom wasn’t clean on arrival but when I asked about it they dealt with it quickly. All staff were very friendly and the service was great in the restaurant. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious and great value. We were given £20 vouchers due to our tv not working during our stay which was a kind gesture. The parking is included and so convenient....

"Really lovely stay, staff very helpful, professional and friendly. Room was ideal and comfy and clean had everything we needed. We ate and drank in the pub, reasonably priced and very good. There was a live singer the atmosphere was great. Breakfast was lovely too. Id definately recommend and would stay again."

"Green kings puds are great for a cheap, good quality meal and drink. The fact there is a hotel with nice clean spacious room next door makes it an easy choice. The rooms where clean, with daily house keeping. The only point that could do with improvement was the hall paint work was badly scratched."
