"Always a good experience. 4th or 5th time we've stayed here. Always clean, Always friendly staff, central to everything, right next to Lime St Station, Car park next to it (first come first served), but we've never missed out. Food great and great choice in the restaurant. On site bar, good choice, good prices. 5*."

"The staff were really kind and helpful, and the room was very comfortable and plenty of space. Our second night, not such a good room, but it was free on the airline due to 24 hour delay, so can’t really expect as nice a room as one we have paid for. We would definitely use this hotel again when flying from Manchester airport. Shuttle drivers were pleasant and helpful too."

"The signage within the airport is not good and finding our way to the Tribe was hard, but it’s worth the effort. New and stylish in an efficient way. We had better Italian food there than we got later in Venice. Highly recommended. "

"Stayed here for 2nd time, made sure a kingsize bed as a double was too small last time. Staff always friendly and helpful. Room was upgraded to canal side room which was very warm , had a fan in there which a well needed. "

"First time staying at this hotel and we were very pleased with the standard. Great location to terminal 2, just across the road from arrivals. The rooms were very nice and spacious with a sitting area and small table. Comfy bed, nespresso coffee machine, walk-in shower, couldn’t fault the facilities at all. "
